Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Morphr is built so that your files stay yours. Conversions and metadata inspection run entirely inside your browser — your files are never uploaded to a server, stored, logged, or seen by us. This page explains the small amount of data that is involved when you use the site.

Your files

Files you drop, paste, or open are processed locally in a background thread and held only in your device’s memory for as long as the conversion takes. They are discarded when you close or reload the page. We have no server that receives them, so there is nothing for us to retain, share, or lose.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and do not ask for personal information. The site stores a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage to remember your conversion preferences (such as quality and output settings). This never leaves your device.

Cookies & advertising

Morphr may display advertising to keep the service free. Ads can be provided by Google and its partners, who may use cookies or similar technologies. If you are in a region that requires consent (such as the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), Google’s consent management platform asks for your permission first, and ads are not personalized unless you agree. You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Privacy & cookie settings” link in the footer.

Google’s use of advertising cookies is governed by its own policies. You can learn more, and opt out of personalized advertising, at google.com/technologies/ads.

Children’s privacy

Morphr is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

In short: your files never leave your device, and you control whether ads are personalized.
